1. Custom-Made Items
Because custom frames, prints, and acrylic are cut to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Exceptions: We will only replace custom items if they arrive damaged or if there was an error in manufacturing on our part.
2. Stock & Ready-Made Items
Standard-sized, ready-made frames may be returned for a refund within 15 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must in good condition to be eligible for a refund.
3. Damages and Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or a dented frame), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Proof of Damage: We require digital photos of the damaged product.
- Resolution: We will provide a replacement for the damaged components at no additional cost to you.
