Returns & Refunds Policy 

At STACHE STUDIOS, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

1. Custom-Made Items 

Because custom frames, prints, and acrylic are cut to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.  

  • Exceptions: We will only replace custom items if they arrive damaged or if there was an error in manufacturing on our part.  

2. Stock & Ready-Made Items 

Standard-sized, ready-made frames may be returned for a refund within 15 days of delivery.  

  • Condition: Items must in good condition to be eligible for a refund. 

3. Damages and Defective Goods 

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or a dented frame), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.  

  • Proof of Damage: We require digital photos of the damaged product. 

  • Resolution: We will provide a replacement for the damaged components at no additional cost to you.  

5. How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@stachestudios.com with your order number. We will provide you with the next steps to initiate a return.
